Full body postural assessment photos sent to patient where a detailed investigation on your  posture can be out of balance with muscular  tightness from bad seated positions at work or at home can  lead to eg... rounded shoulders in front of a desk at work, sitting for long periods of time making glutes tight and hips  causing back ache .

Each individual is unique and course of personalised Treatments will follow from your first consultation and treatment .

Subsequent Treatments

Patients are advised to commit to a package of 10 x 1 hour massage treatments as the body needs to  take time  to adjust to the manipulations of the muscles that have been set in poor positions for long periods of time .

The analogy that the body is like the layers of an onion the first layer is usually like armour in most clinical cases and can be broken down to loosen the tightest muscles causing constant pain in individuals who have high amounts of stress from there busy and sometimes hectic lifestyles.
